A listing in this directory indicates that a consultant has met specific CPD-accredited educational requirements. It does not constitute a government license to practice.

2. Verification Disclaimer

While the Institute performs a manual review of CPD certificates and insurance documentation at the time of listing, we do not provide real-time monitoring of these credentials. Users of this directory are strictly advised to perform their own independent due diligence before engaging any consultant.

3. Limitation of Liability

The AI Risk Management Institute, its directors, and staff are not liable for any professional services, advice, or outcomes resulting from the engagement of consultants listed in this directory. All professional agreements are strictly between the client and the independent consultant.

4. Use of the Institute Brand

Listing in the directory does not grant the right to claim partnership or endorsement by the AI Risk Management Institute beyond the fact of certification attainment.
