This data is collected solely for the purpose of verifying consultant qualifications and maintaining the integrity of our directory.

2. Secure Storage of Credentials

Digital certificates and proof of insurance uploaded to this site are stored in a restricted-access directory. These documents are never made public and are only accessible by authorized Institute administrators for verification audits.

3. Information Disclosure

Approved consultants will have their Name, Professional Bio, and Badge Status (e.g., CPD Certified, Insured) listed publicly. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal contact information to third parties. Private email addresses provided during application are used only for administrative correspondence.

4. Consultant Rights

You may request to view, update, or remove your professional profile at any time. Upon a formal request for removal, all associated data, including uploaded certificates, will be permanently deleted from our active database within 30 days.
